All watches are completely disassembled and cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Watches are reassembled and properly oiled and then timed on an electronic timing machine/timegrapher to ensure health and accuracy is acceptable. Unless noted, cases are buffed, crystals are sanded then polished and bands are cleaned then treated.

Please keep in mind that I cannot estimate exactly how much a service/repair will cost before I completely disassemble the movement. When you send your watch/watches, I will check them and give you the BEST possible estimate that I can before any work is performed. Most problems can be diagnosed by physically looking at the movement, checking if it sets/winds, if the internal parts are considered “good”, etc.. This will save you and I both money and time. Once you give me the OK to proceed, I then completely disassemble the watch. At this point, if I find any additional issues, I will then contact you to describe the problem along with any additional costs that may be involved.
